Welcome to Holy Angels’ ISC School, Nanthencode, a nurturing co-educational day school rooted in Gospel values and inspired by the rich educational legacy of the Congregation of the Carmelite Religious (CCR). Important Policies & Guidelines

* Submission of an Application does not guarantee admission.
* The Management reserves the right to grant or refuse admission without assigning reasons.
* Holy Angels’ ISC School does not collect capitation fees.
* Any attempt at recommendation, donation, inducement or influence will lead to immediate disqualification. Admission will be cancelled if any information provided is found to be false or suppressed.
* Refund of fees, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of the Management.
We kindly request parents to ensure that their child is prepared to participate actively in the school’s academic and co-curricular programs. The School reserves the right to make decisions it deems appropriate in the best interest of all students.

Admission Process

Step 1: Admission Announcement / Notification

Vacancies, if any, will be notified through:
* The School Website
* The School Office Notice Board

Application Forms will be available online and at the School Office during the notified period. Parents/Guardians are requested to carefully review all guidelines thoroughly before submitting the Application Form.


Step 2: Submission of Application
Documents Required:
Parents/Guardians must submit the duly filled Application Form along with:
* Original Birth Certificate (for verification) + self-attested copy
* Copy of Aadhaar Card
* Recent passport-size photographs
* Transfer Certificate (for STD I and above, if applicable)
* Any other documents specified in the form
Incomplete or incorrectly filled forms will not be considered.


Step 3: Assessment & Interaction
LKG / UKG
* Parent–Child Interaction / Counselling
* Meeting with the Principal

STD I – STD IX & STD XI

* Written Test in English and Mathematics
* Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal Interview
* Final selection subject to approval by the Principal.
If a selected student fails to secure promotion in the present school, the admission offer will automatically stand cancelled.

Step 4: Confirmation of Admission
Admission is confirmed only upon:
* Formal approval by the Principal
* Payment of fees within the stipulated period (normally within 15 days)
Failure to remit fees within the prescribed time will result in forfeiture of the seat.
