Admission Process

Admissions are normally restricted to the students in the LKG, the first standard and eleventh standard. In case of vacancy students are admitted to other classes as well. Entrance tests for admissions to these classes are held in April. No students will be admitted in Class X.

LKG admission (Mary Mount Convent): Registration for admission to LKG is during October-November. The original birth certificate along with a photocopy should be brought at the time of registration. The child should have completed four years on the first of June.

Standard I admission (Holy Angels ISC School): Preference is given to students from Mary Mount Convent. Registration is during the first week of December and admissions are finalized by April. The remaining seats are filled on the basis of the entrance tests conducted in April of every year.

Standard XI admission: Students are admitted on the basis of the marks obtained in the Standard X board examination. Students from CBSE and state boards can also seek admissions. Cut-off marks vary but students should have passed in all the subjects concerned. Application forms are available for Rs.50/- in the school office after the publication of standard X results. Classes for standard XI start two days after the publication of the standard X results

Payment of fees:

The payment of school fees is made at the Central Bank counter in the school premises, according to the schedule fixed by the bank. The schedule is as below:

Time - 9am to 1pm
Fees for classes I - XII will be accepted on any day before the 25th of every month.

Second term fees should be paid on or before 14th November 2008 , after which a fine of Rs.5/- per day will be charged.
